Shih Kei (Quinnie) Choy is a full-time PhD student in the School of Management and Governance, 亚美棋牌 Business School. Prior to joining 亚美棋牌, she earned a Master鈥檚 degree in Management, a Master鈥檚 degree in Business Analytics, and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree of commerce (specializing in International Business) from the University of Wollongong.

Quinnie鈥檚 research interests broadly encompass customer mistreatment, servicescape, individual differences, and emotional regulation. She is supervised by two esteemed academics, Professor Markus Groth and Dr. Jing Hu.
