I am a Lecturer in the School of Business听at 亚美棋牌, Canberra. As听an HR practitioner / CEO turned academic, I bring valuable real-world experience that enhances the relevance and rigour of my work.

I am a mixed-methods researcher and my expertise spans human resource management, systems thinking applications to complex problems, and adaptive leadership. My research focuses primarily on enhancing employee outcomes through investigating employee engagement, well-being, the future of work, HR practices and their impacts across different demographic groups.听

I was a co-investigator in the听 ANZSOG / ACT Public Service research project "Flexible working in the Australian Capital Territory Public Service" (see听https://anzsog.edu.au/news/how-public-services-can-meet-employees-preference-for-flexible-work/) and am currently involved in an exciting project exploring the productivity of hybrid working knowledge workers.听
